What you can expect:
A small group of 10 mamas or fewer

A supportive environment where you can safely bring and share any and all feelings

Connection with other mamas who get it

Research-based information to help you understand what is happening in your body and brain that is contributing to this experience

Compassionate guidance from a licensed therapist who is also a mama who experienced postpartum depression & anxiety

Resources to support you beyond the weekly group

Tools and strategies to help you manage your feelings and reduce your overwhelm
